CLHMS – Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that real estate professionals have the knowledge, experience, and unique skills to meet their needs. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their residential markets and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.
CRS – Certified Residential Specialist
CRS members who have met certain educational and professional requirements are eligible to apply for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. The CRS Designation signals to consumers and other real-estate professionals that you are one of the best of the best.
GRI – Graduate, Realtor Institute
The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide the highest level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. GRI designees act with professionalism and are committed to serving their clients and customers with the highest ethical standards.
RSPS – Resort and Second Home Property Specialist
RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.
SRS – Seller Representative Specialist
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation, recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
