We have recently purchased a vacation rental condo in Kihei with Gigi as our buyer’s agent. We have been coming to Kihei for many years on vacation and felt we knew the area and what/where we wanted to buy. Gigi & Dale showed us multiple units in several complexes and suggested we look at a few complexes we had not considered. We ended up buying in one of the complexes that Gigi introduced us to that we hadn’t considered before. Throughout escrow, Gigi handled all the unexpected twists and turns with professionalism, which I believe was instrumental in actually closing! Gigi & Dale took great care of us throughout the process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them (and already have!) to a friend!
